The staff were super kind and helped me with a late check-out for a small fee. The location is great, right next to a tram stop that takes you to the pge stadium in about 30 minutes. The wellness centre was a nice touch for relaxation.

I have stayed at the hotel lord twice before. Once as a wedding reception guest second time because I already knew what to expect and this time the same. I was to meet local family members and the location suited everyone of us.

Hotel's location was unbeatable and quiet, far away from Warsaw centre. The staff were extremely helpful, and the private parking was available. We appreciated its varied breakfast.

- Spa equipement is out of order until "no dates". No information are displayed when booking room - hotel is not adapted for individual traveller : seems only concerned by conferences members - too young and inexperimented personnel
